Residential treatment offers a structured setting for care and practice. Preparing for the transition beyond that setting is part of the treatment process.
The plan may address reintegration, relapse prevention, relationships, accountability, local clinicians, and routines. Both programs include continuing-care planning. COGNIFUL Premier Plus includes three months of structured aftercare after the residential stay; further follow-up in Premier is agreed separately.
