Clinical and bodywork sessions are individual and follow your personal treatment plan. The residence, chef, and personal manager are shared in both programs. Other holistic sessions, excursions, and activities are shared in Premier; every session and activity is individual in Premier Plus. You have your own private suite, and your clinical consultations and information remain private.

A maximum of four clients stay in the entire residence at any time. Each client has a private suite and an individual treatment plan. This limit applies to both COGNIFUL Premier and Premier Plus throughout the stay. Explore the residence.

Premier costs EUR 30'000 per client, per residential week. With Premier, clinical treatment and bodywork are individual; holistic sessions, excursions, and activities are shared. Premier Plus costs EUR 50'000 per client, per residential week. With Premier Plus, all sessions and activities are delivered individually, with three months of structured aftercare. Both programs include your own private suite in the same shared residential format for up to four clients.

COGNIFUL’s residential model provides a private suite within a shared residence in Mallorca. The exact residence, room, and practical arrangements are confirmed in your proposal before arrival.

COGNIFUL offers detoxification as part of its addiction treatment pathway. Clinical assessment determines the appropriate care plan and setting. In some cases, treatment may begin with an initial 1–3 days in a partner hospital for observation and stabilization before continuing at COGNIFUL. The pathway is planned around each person’s medical needs.

Clinical review considers your current needs, stability, medical requirements and the support the residence can provide. It also considers whether the shared residence and the activity format of your chosen program are suitable for you.

The residential format is usually 4 to 12 weeks. Duration is reviewed individually according to your needs, progress, the clinical recommendation, and the agreed plan.

Where clinically appropriate and with your authorization, family work and communication can be included. Family participation can be considered in either program, with your consent and where clinically suitable. Roles, boundaries, and the information to be shared are agreed with the team.

Programs are generally self-pay, and we do not work directly with insurers. You pay first. We can provide relevant documentation for you to request reimbursement afterward, but we cannot guarantee whether your insurer will pay or how much it will reimburse.

Reintegration and continuing-care planning consider home, relationships, work, routines, and local clinical care. COGNIFUL Premier Plus includes three months of structured aftercare after the residential stay. Further follow-up in Premier and any authorized coordination with existing clinicians are confirmed in the individual plan.
