Who is involved in your care?
Your program can include individual psychotherapists, relevant specialists and medical or psychiatric input where this is part of the clinical plan. Case coordination brings appointments, progress reviews and practical arrangements together.
Before admission, your proposal confirms the professionals and services involved, session frequency and the support the residence can provide. With your authorization, the team can coordinate with existing clinicians and clinically appropriate family contacts.
Is a shared residence right for you?
Admission considers your current symptoms, medical needs and the level of care required. The team reviews whether the program and residential environment can provide that support.
Sharing a residence and selected activities also needs to suit your circumstances and personal boundaries. Your psychotherapy remains primarily individual. If another level of care is required, that guides the recommendation.

Explore continuing care →How does COGNIFUL differ from THE BALANCE?
COGNIFUL combines primarily individual psychotherapy with shared accommodation in Mallorca. Choose a setting for a maximum of two or four clients, with your own bedroom. Meals, physical activities and excursions provide opportunities to spend time together around private appointments.
THE BALANCE provides a private residence and team dedicated to one client. If exclusive use of the residence is a priority, discuss that model with the shared admissions team. Clinical needs and suitability guide the recommendation.
