Space to focus on treatment in Mallorca.

Mallorca offers an island setting for a concentrated period of residential care. Its coastline and Mediterranean surroundings can give your time away a different rhythm from everyday life. The purpose of the stay remains treatment: a suitable clinical plan, space for reflection and support in putting that work into daily practice. Time outdoors and excursions follow your program and individual needs rather than a fixed holiday itinerary.

Choosing Mallorca may suit someone who values a clear break from familiar routines. It is also worth considering travel, ongoing contact with family and how you will prepare to return home. Admissions can discuss these questions alongside your treatment priorities. The island setting does not change the distinction between individual clinical work and the shared residence, chef and personal manager.

Who is residential treatment for?

COGNIFUL supports adults seeking residential treatment for mental health difficulties, addiction, trauma or needs that overlap. Some people arrive after a difficult period in daily life; others have tried treatment before and want a more concentrated period of support. The starting point is the individual picture, including current symptoms, physical health, medication, previous care and the support available at home.

A residential stay needs to be clinically suitable. Admissions and the relevant professionals consider whether the proposed care and shared setting can meet your needs. Diagnosis alone does not determine the right program. Tell the team about recent changes, practical access requirements and any current professional involvement so that the planning conversation is informed from the outset.

Practical support, agreed with you.

Before you travel

A confidential conversation, clinical suitability review and written proposal help you understand the program before you make arrangements.

During your stay

Individual clinical care, your private suite and a planned daily rhythm sit within the shared residential setting.

Preparing for home

Discuss family involvement, ongoing professional support and the next steps that will help you continue the work after your stay.

Start with a clear understanding of your needs.

Your initial conversation gives you room to explain what has brought you to treatment and what you hope will change. The clinical review then helps identify priorities, appropriate professional input and an initial direction for your care. Relevant information from existing clinicians can support this process when sharing has been agreed. The aim is to understand the person and the circumstances around the difficulty, as well as the symptoms themselves.

The agreed plan brings treatment, bodywork, daily activities and preparation for home into a workable sequence. Goals and session choices are reviewed as the stay develops. Your schedule is personal rather than a promise of identical sessions every day: the professionals involved, timing and balance of work and rest follow your needs and the written arrangements.

Premier and Premier Plus: what stays individual?

Both Premier and Premier Plus include individual clinical treatment and bodywork, a private suite and a personal care plan. The residence, chef and personal manager are shared in both programs. This distinction matters when choosing the setting: individual treatment does not mean that the whole residence or every service is reserved for one client.

Premier combines those individual clinical and bodywork sessions with shared holistic sessions, excursions and activities. Premier Plus makes all sessions and activities individual and includes three months of structured aftercare. The proposal sets out the selected program and its inclusions. Discuss the amount of individual time, the role of shared activities and your support after the stay with admissions so that the choice reflects your needs.

Your private suite. A shared residential setting.

The Mallorca residential model provides a private suite in a residence for a maximum of four clients. You have your own space while sharing the residence, chef and personal manager. Clinical treatment and bodywork remain individual in both program options; the format of holistic sessions and activities follows Premier or Premier Plus. The four-client capacity is a specific Mallorca arrangement.

Your written proposal confirms the residence, suite, dates and practical inclusions for your stay. Ask about accessibility, dietary needs, quiet time and the expectations around shared areas before arrival. These details help you understand how personal care and residential life fit together. You can also ask how meal times, personal time and shared activities are planned within the residence.

A daily rhythm shaped around your care.

A residential program creates time for treatment while giving attention to the habits and routines that surround it. A day may bring individual clinical appointments, bodywork, meals, movement, personal time and the holistic activities included in your program. The order and intensity depend on the care plan and may change as you progress. Rest is considered alongside therapeutic work rather than left as an afterthought.

The chef and personal manager are shared resources within the residence. Bring dietary requirements, daily routines and practical preferences into the planning conversation. You can also discuss how shared meals and activities fit with your need for privacy and quiet. The aim is a sustainable daily rhythm that supports the clinical work and can inform life after treatment.

Privacy, family involvement and everyday responsibilities.

Privacy and discretion begin with the first contact. Tell admissions when and how you prefer to be contacted, and whether particular arrangements are needed around travel, work or family. Your private suite gives you personal space; clinical consultations and personal information remain distinct from shared residential life. The team can explain the information needed for assessment and how relevant professionals participate in your care.

Family or trusted people may be important to recovery, but their involvement should have a clear purpose and agreed boundaries. Discuss who may receive information, whether a conversation with a loved one would help and how contact during the stay will be handled. Funding a stay does not automatically give another person access to consultations or records. Work calls, visitors and other responsibilities should also be discussed in advance so they can be considered alongside the treatment plan.

Planning your arrival and your time away.

Travel planning for Mallorca should follow confirmation of clinical suitability and the agreed admission arrangements. Tell the team where you are traveling from, whether you will arrive with a companion and whether you need support with the journey. Arrival timing and any agreed transfer arrangements can then be considered with the start of your program. Avoid assuming that a flight booking alone secures an admission date.

Before departure, clarify the information and medication documentation needed, what to bring, any dietary or access needs and the practical contact details for arrival. If a family member is accompanying you, discuss their role and accommodation separately. These preparations allow the first days to focus on settling into the residence and beginning the agreed care.

A clear proposal before you commit.

In Mallorca, Premier is EUR 30,000 and Premier Plus is EUR 50,000 per client, per residential week. Premier Plus includes three months of structured aftercare. The selected program and agreed duration shape the written proposal; numerical fees do not by themselves describe every practical arrangement for an individual stay.

Review the residence, clinical and activity inclusions, arrival arrangements, aftercare and any additional costs before committing. Ask how an extension would be reviewed and what happens if your needs change. The admissions information and your written proposal are the place to confirm the terms that apply to your stay.

Prepare for life beyond the residence.

Planning for home is part of the treatment conversation. Consider the situations, relationships and responsibilities you will return to, the professional support already in place and the changes you want to maintain. The team can discuss suitable next steps and the information that may help your ongoing clinicians, with the relevant permissions. Continuing support should have a clear purpose and practical arrangements.

Premier Plus includes three months of structured aftercare. For either program, ask what follow-up is included, how it is arranged and what further support may be recommended or priced separately. The proposal and discharge planning should make those distinctions clear, helping you leave with a realistic understanding of the next stage.

Swiss roots and an international perspective.

COGNIFUL is part of THE BALANCE GROUP, led by Swiss entrepreneur Abdullah Boulad, Founder & CEO. The group's Swiss roots and international expertise shape a personal approach to care, with privacy and discretion central to the relationship. Clinical responsibility belongs to the professionals involved in your care; individual biographies describe their specific training and experience.

The same COGNIFUL program model is offered in Mallorca, Zurich and London. Your preferred city is considered alongside clinical suitability, the people involved in your care and the practical arrangements for your stay. You can explore the three destinations with admissions before deciding.

Your questions

Planning your stay.

Is the program different between Mallorca, Zurich and London?

The Premier and Premier Plus residential model is offered in all three destinations. The London program focuses on mental health. Individual assessment shapes your care plan, and admissions confirms the clinical scope, residence and practical arrangements for the selected city.

What is private, and what is shared?

You have your own private suite. Clinical treatment and bodywork are individual in both programs. The residence, chef and personal manager are shared. Other sessions and activities are shared in Premier and individual in Premier Plus.

How long should I plan to stay?

Duration is agreed individually after suitability and clinical review. Discuss the time needed for your goals, how progress will be reviewed and how an extension would be arranged before committing to dates.

Can family or an existing clinician be involved?

Their involvement can be discussed as part of the care plan. Agree the purpose, practical arrangements and permissions for sharing information. A family relationship or payment for care does not automatically give access to consultations or records.

How is the fee confirmed?

Premier is 30,000 and Premier Plus is 50,000 per client, per residential week, in the location's currency: EUR in Mallorca, CHF in Zurich and GBP in London. Your written proposal confirms the program, duration, inclusions and any additional costs.

What happens after the residential stay?

Discuss support for home and ongoing professional care during the program. Premier Plus includes three months of structured aftercare. Your proposal and continuing-care plan explain what is included and any additional recommended support.
